AI Quiz Builder
As the design lead for the AI Quiz Builder, I scaled the project from its initial scope—generating unique AI results—into a comprehensive toolset. I prioritized features like the 'prompt playground' and AI-generated image support by balancing them against BuzzFeed's wider AI strategy. By partnering closely with Engineering and Editorial, I created a simplified workflow that allowed writers to experiment with AI prompts within a stable, high-output environment.

BuzzFeed CMS
I own the end-to-end design strategy for BuzzFeed’s CMS, where I’ve standardized the UX patterns that power our internal tools. From evolving high-traffic products like ImageBuilder and PostList to consulting on cross-team updates, I ensure our platform remains simple and accessible. Most recently, I’ve been leading the charge on AI integration, collaborating with Eng and Product to build smart features that fit seamlessly into existing editorial habits.
-

SEO Auto Link
I led the 0-1 development of an automated SEO tool that saved our editors hours of manual work. The project evolved from a manual curation tool into a sophisticated, API-backed system that automatically recognizes and links high-value terms. I partnered with our infrastructure team to ensure the technical complexity of the backend was hidden behind a simple, high-impact user experience.
-

Unified Quiz Builder
BuzzFeed quizzes are iconic, but the backend was a fragmented mess of legacy tools. I led the design and research to consolidate these into a unified, 0-to-1 quiz builder. This overhaul didn't just drive higher revenue and longer engagement; it set the strategic blueprint for our entire internal product roadmap. I worked as the bridge between Eng, PM, and Editorial to ensure our most famous content format finally had the modern infrastructure it deserved.
-

VMware Profile Resources
I led the design strategy for a patent-awarded project that transformed device management at VMware from a platform-siloed chore into a unified, 'deploy-once' workflow. What started as a small proof of concept was so successful it triggered a total overhaul of the admin console. I managed the design end-to-end, coordinating across multiple teams to integrate our profile system into the flagship Freestyle Orchestrator product.

AirWatch Privacy
Low user adoption was a major hurdle for AirWatch, fueled largely by privacy concerns. I owned the UX strategy to bridge this trust gap, creating an educational interface focused on transparency. I coordinated the design and testing phases, using direct feedback from 'Line of Business' users to ensure our solution felt like a privacy tool rather than a surveillance one. This project was vital in shifting user sentiment and de-risking our deployment strategy.
